Baby & Kids: Cold Relief

Use Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Tea Tree, and Lavender Essential Oils to relieve symptoms of cold and congestion for kids. For babies and toddlers (under 2 years), use only Lavender and Tea Tree Essential Oils which are milder, and avoid Eucalyptus and Peppermint. You may add a few drops to the steam inhaler, or diffuse in their room, or use as a chest rub after diluting in a base oil.
