Returns

All our products are for personal care use and are not eligible for returns.
If the product reached you damaged or opened, please let us know within 3 days of receiving the product at: customercare@aromatierra.com

If you are unsatisfied with the product or have any questions/concerns, please write to us at: customercare@aromatierra.com

Refunds

Aroma Tierra management reserves the right to decide on all matters relating to refund claims including but not limited to product damage. Once a refund is approved, we will notify you and initiate the refund only through the original mode of payment.

For cash on delivery orders, we will send a credit note of equal value that can be used for future purchases. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.

Cancellation

Please note that as per our shipping policy, our orders are shipped within 1-3 days of placing the order (except in cases of bulk orders for which our customer service team will contact you). We except cancellations only within 3 days from placing the order. If you have placed the order and wish to cancel the order, please write to us at customercare@aromatierra.com.
