Refunds
Aroma Tierra management reserves the right to decide on all matters relating to refund claims including but not limited to product damage. Once a refund is approved, we will notify you and initiate the refund only through the original mode of payment.
For cash on delivery orders, we will send a credit note of equal value that can be used for future purchases. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.
Cancellation
Please note that as per our shipping policy, our orders are shipped within 1-3 days of placing the order (except in cases of bulk orders for which our customer service team will contact you).
