Shipping Policy — Aroma Tierra

Aroma Tierra ships pure and organic essential oils, carrier oils, and personal care products from our Dubai, UAE warehouse to customers across the UAE, GCC, and worldwide.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United Arab Emirates, all GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar), and internationally to most countries worldwide.

Delivery Timeframes & Charges

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Dubai — Standard Delivery: Next-day delivery. Free for orders above AED 200. Orders below AED 200 are charged AED 20.
  • Dubai — Express Delivery: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM. AED 35 flat charge. Not available on public holidays.
  • Rest of UAE (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah): Standard delivery in 1–2 business days. Free for orders above AED 200. Orders below AED 200 are charged AED 20. Not available on public holidays.

GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar)

  • Delivery in 5–10 business days, depending on customs clearance.
  • Free shipping on orders above $275. Orders below $275 are charged $27.50.

International

  • Delivery in 1–2 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Free shipping on orders above $545. Orders below $545 are charged $75.

Payment Options

  • All orders are prepaid. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay.
  • This applies to all orders within the UAE, GCC, and international destinations.

Scheduled Delivery

To schedule delivery for a future date, add a note at checkout or contact us at customercare@aromatierra.com or WhatsApp +971 52 308 2522 before your order is dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For GCC and international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Aroma Tierra has no control over customs processing times, which may affect delivery timeframes.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at customercare@aromatierra.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Shipping Cost Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where an error on our part resulted in an incorrect or damaged order.
