Use the age-based guide below to choose the right oils for diffusion or topical use, and always dilute according to your child's age group. When in doubt, diffusing is always the safest route.

🌿 Under 3 Months — Avoid all topical and diffusion use entirely. No exceptions.

🌿 Safe from 3 Months+ Diffuse or Topical use (after diluting at 0.250.5%)  Lavender, Roman Chamomile, Mandarin, Frankincense

🌿 Safe from 6 Months+Diffuse or Topical use (after diluting at 0.5%)  Sweet Orange, Cedarwood, Sandalwood, Petitgrain, Vetiver

🌿 Safe from 1 Year+  Diffuse or Topical use (after diluting at 0.51%) — Copaiba, Geranium, Palmarosa, Helichrysum, Patchouli, Marjoram Sweet, German Chamomile, Neroli (0.5% max)

🌿 Safe from 2 Years+ Diffuse or Topical use (after diluting at 1%) — Lavandin, Spearmint, Juniper Berry, Ginger, Cypress, Clary Sage, Tea Tree (avoid near face and nose), Ylang Ylang (0.8% max)
