Calm and soothe your little ones by spraying a few puffs of Chamomile, Rose, or Neroli Hydro Mists, or diffusing baby-safe relaxing essential oils such as Chamomile Roman, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, and Orange in their room. You may also add a few drops of these essential oils to their massage oil for a relaxing massage.
