Shipping Policy — Aroma Tierra
Aroma Tierra ships pure and organic essential oils, carrier oils, and personal care products from our Dubai, UAE warehouse to customers in the UAE, GCC, and worldwide.
Shipping destinations
We ship to: United Arab Emirates (UAE), all GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar), and internationally to most countries worldwide.
Delivery timeframes and charges
United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Dubai — Standard delivery: Next-day delivery (excluding public holidays). Free for orders above AED 200. Orders below AED 200 are charged AED 25.

Dubai — Express delivery: Same-day or priority delivery available for AED 50 (excluding public holidays).

Rest of UAE (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah): 1–2 business days. Free for orders above AED 200. Orders below AED 200 are charged AED 25.
GCC countries
- Delivery within 1 week of dispatch to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar.
International
- Delivery within 1–2 weeks of dispatch, depending on destination, customs, and port processing times.

Payment options

UAE: Cash on Delivery (COD) and all major prepaid methods accepted.

GCC and International: Prepaid orders only. COD is not available outside the UAE.
- Note: Customers who have previously cancelled or returned an order are not eligible for COD on subsequent orders.
Scheduled delivery Customers can schedule delivery for a future date by adding an order note at checkout, or by contacting customercare@aromatierra.com or WhatsApp +971 52 308 2522.
Customs, duties, and taxes For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or incorrect shipments If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email customercare@aromatierra.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Shipping cost refunds Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
