Use 6-12 drops in a diffuser
Add 2-5% to hair oil
Dab on to wrist, temples, behind ears, back of neck, feet etc.

Mentha piperita, commonly known as Peppermint, is an aromatic perennial herb from the Mint or Lamiaceae family and is the most popular species among over 20 species of the genus Mentha.
